Meet the Gang!

A little about each of us:
Phillip - Such a hard working and wonderful Man, Husband and Father. He works for Morgan Stanley  Wealth Management. It's complicated.  We all love when daddy is home. He loves to snuggle up in the living room and watch movies. He likes to travel and LOVES to spend one on one time with each of the kids. Ever once in a while we are able to sneak away for a night of our own or sometimes I tag along on Business trips from some one on one time of my own. Phillip is a triathlete and a foodie like myself. Which makes this "Vegan" diet we have our family on really easy. He supports me in all of my wild ideas and adventures. Like traveling to Africa, adopting, leading missions trips etc. If you know Phillip AT ALL you know that this is NOT his natural way of doing life. But he holds on tight and enjoys the ride. He is also PASSIONATE about defending our FAITH. He speaks to several groups about our Faith and encourages college students, high school students and adults to dig in deeper then just what you learn in Bible Study or Sunday School. Much of what he reads/studies/listens too is far above my intellectual level.  But he is a REALLY great person to go to when you are faced with those "hard" religious questions. I have been married to this handsome guy since October 2005. It has been a wild journey and I am so thankful it is him who I get to live this life with.

Here is a sweet little tid-bit about myself written by Phillip: My wife is the image of the heart of God. Her grace and love for the Lord saved me. She loves her boys by spending time with them, painting pictures on the back patio, building lego houses, and piecing together puzzles. She brings out the best in me. She makes me strong. She keeps me honest and teaches me to love. I have yet to find the words to tell her how much I love her. She is my crown!
He is too kind really. Flattering actually. He sees a way better me. Not the me I see in the mirror everyday. I love him.

Parker - is an energetic and creative young man who is sweet enough to kiss dad on the lips and smart enough to help mom beat the hard levels on Angry Birds, Cut the Rope and all other iPhone games. He has Mad problem solving skills. He is tender enough to pray for his brother's scrapes and bruises and stubborn enough to get 15 spankings in a row. Literally! He loves Emme and likes to aggravate her all at the same time! He has a deep LOVE for the Lord and has a tangible sensitive for all things created by Him. He is loving and compassionate. Always looking for ways to love and serve others. He is also quite the artists.

Beckham - is his father in body with his mother's heart. Beckham needs roughly 5 hours of cuddling each day. He doesn't need loud toys or room to run around, he is content in mommy's arms. Beckham likes cereal and could watch Star Wars, Kung Fu Panda and Power Rangers about 6 times a day. He loves to wrestle with his Daddy and wakes up with the biggest smile on his face each day. He is a delight and a pure joy to be around. You can usually find him building a fort out of all my pillows or have an imaginary ninja war with his imaginary friends. Or playing Honey and Babe with Emme. It is their version of playing  "house".  He and Emme couldn't be better friends. They are like twins. They have a really unique and special bond.

Emerson "Emme" - Here is a description of Emme the day we got her referal back in March 2011:
"She is very beautiful and playful. She loves to laugh. She has a smile that lights up the whole room." Let me just say that all of that is 100% true!!! Emme is incredibly special. She is so joyful. She IS bright and playful. She jumped into our family like she has always been here. She loves to eat. She eats all day. She loves "Rapunzel" and she loves trying on all of her socks and clothes 24 times a day. She has done this for almost a year. She drinks insane amounts of water. I mean INSANE amounts. I guess she needs to refuel those massive crocodile tears she cries. She love school and LOVES her daddy! She is perfect and I am blessed to call her mine...All mine. We will love the life out of forever and ever. John 14:18
